As a result, I believe I should be refunded the $92.50 I paid for this account, as the service was terminated under circumstances that remain unclear and unsupported by a transparent explanation.

I repeatedly requested a detailed explanation, trade verification, and a clear calculation showing how the alleged MLL breach occurred, but I did not receive sufficient information.
