Rapid:

News Trading Rules

• My Funded Futures prohibits exploiting news volatility (e.g., straddles, strangles, or disguised news trades) Tier 1 news has stricter rules: Pro Sim Funded and Rapid Sim Funded accounts cannot trade during T1 events, no open positions/orders 2 minutes before or after T1 data release. while Flex and builder accounts are unrestricted. Traders may trade through non-T1 news only if following their normal strategy, but MFFU is not liable for broker disruptions during news.

Automated Trading Protocols and EA's

• High-frequency Trading is not allowed.
• Automated strategies are allowed only if they don’t exploit simulator fills, and live-account automation must follow CME guidelines.

Copy trading and trade copiers

• Traders may make use of automated trading strategies tailored to their won specific settings so long as these automated tools do not aim to exploit the favorable fills offered in the Simulated Environment.

• Traders trading live accounts with automated trading MUST abide by CME guidelines.

2% Price Limit Rule

• Trading is not allowed when a product is within 2% of its CME price limit to protect traders from extreme volatility. Applies to Sim and Live Funded accounts.

Cross Instrument Policy

• Single Instrument Limit: Orders exceeding the allowed contract size for a single instrument (e.g., more than 2 contracts on NQ) will be automatically rejected.
  ​
• Cross Instrument Trading: Orders that combine different instruments (e.g., 2 minis and 20 micros) may technically execute even if they exceed the overall limit (e.g., more than 2 contracts in total), but this is not permitted!
  ​
• Intentional Rule Bypass: Deliberate attempts to circumvent position scaling rules are considered a breach and will be treated accordingly.

Overnight Holding

• Not allowed. Trades will automatically close at 4:10 PM / 16:10 EST - It will not result in a breach of the account

Trading Hours

• 18:00-16:10 EST (Eastern Standard Time / NY Time)
• 06:00 PM - 04:10 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time / NY Time)
• At MyFunded Futures, positions will be closed for you during regular trading days at 4:10 PM EST. So, you need not worry about breaching the rule.
• Note: Make sure that you don’t force a trade multiple times on the market after 4:10 PM EST, as this will sometimes cause the order to go through and disqualify your trading account.

Inactivity Rule

• To maintain an active Sim Funded Account, traders must place at least one trade every seven days cycle. Traders planning to take a vacation or a break from trading must inform the support team in advance.

Flex Plan

• Earn up to $3,000 on 25k Flex Plan or up to $5,000 on 50k Flex Plan.

• Request a payout after 5 winning days with at least:

  • $100 net profit per day on the 25k Flex Plan
  • $150 net profit per day on the 50k Flex Plan

• Minimum withdrawal: $250

• Maximum request per request:

  • 25k Plan - 50% of your net profits up to $3,000
  • 50k Plan - 50% of your net profits up to $5,000

• Maximum Loss Limit (MLL): After first payout, MLL moves to $100 and remains static.

Builder Account

50K Account:

• Qualification for Payouts: every 48 hours

• Buffer Requirement:
  Your buffer must be fully cleared before you can submit any payout request. The buffer equals your MLL + $100 ($1,600 or $2,100 depending on your MLL selection).

• Net Profit Required (First Payout)

  • For your first payout: you must have at least $500 in net profit above the buffer.

  • For all subsequent payouts: you must have at least $500 in net profit since your last approved payout.

• Withdrawal Limit: Minimum of $500

• Maximum Payout: $2000 per cycle

• Profit Split: 80/20

Pro Accounts

• Traders are eligible for a payout every 14 days. Min payout is $1000 and Max total payout in the Sim Funded stage is $100,000 per user.

• No Max Payout per Request

• Profit Split: 80/20

• After your first payout, the Max Loss Limit locks to starting balance + $100 (that is, $50,100)

Withdrawal While in Buffer

• You can withdraw up to 60% of your profits before fully clearing the buffer.
