During market open on April 9, 2026 — a period notorious for platform latency — an order fill mismatch caused one of my accounts to go long while another went short. TPT immediately classified this as a Rule 6 counter-position violation, liquidated all my accounts, and forfeited all profits. No warning, no review, no discussion. When I contacted support to explain it was an unintentional fill error, I was stonewalled by two representatives (Joseph and Vincent) who refused to review any execution logs, provided zero technical evidence, and simply declared the matter closed. What makes this worse: TPT claims Rule 6 is based on CME Group Rule 534, but CME itself acknowledges that inadvertent, de minimis offsetting matches between accounts are generally not treated as wash trade violations. TPT's zero-tolerance, no-intent-required enforcement is actually stricter than the real CME standard it claims to follow — and it was applied with no good-faith investigation whatsoever. These are simulated accounts. The refusal to even look into a credible platform error is unprofessional and frankly inexcusable. I've filed a BBB complaint and will be advising my trading group to move their business elsewhere. Avoid.

At the time of closure, my balance was $151,800, with approximately $4,300 in profits that were not paid out. After a year of normal cooperation, I was suddenly banned and profits were withheld without verifiable proof. Be cautious if you are consistently profitable.

When request support to help, they did not assist in this matter instead they promote their promo code so the case can be closed in the zendesk web. Furthermore, i requested support in wednesday but they did not response to me until i re-ask the support on the next monday. Overall Bad propfirm and false advertisement. They promise 1 day payout but they dragged on the payout for longer then 1 day

One of the most dishonest prop firms I’ve ever dealt with! - Midway through the evaluation they suddenly changed the trailing drawdown rules (no prior notice), making it almost impossible to pass Phase 2 (Buffer) without violating the new limits. - They added trades to my history — orders I never placed, at times I wasn’t even trading — just to justify the breach and keep my profits. - Support goes silent or gives copy-paste answers. No appeal, no explanation, no payout. they pay small promotional withdrawals to keep the ads running, but the moment real money is on the table they invent violations Verdict: Avoid TakeProfitTrader at all costs. There are far more honest firms out there.
