Customer service is top, always felt reassured throughout the whole experience. Always adapting rules to suit traders. Information on dashboard is complete. Payout took 24 hours from request to my bank account. highly satisfied with everything.

Pretty good customer service, love the ignite af accounts, the rules are simple but the 20% consistency rule kinda not that good but can be worked around.

I higly recommend Top One Futures. If you follow the rules than the payout comes within two days. I never had any problems with them so I just bought two more accounts.

Overall the prop firm is fantastic. I had traded for almost for a month reached almost for payout but because of their 6k withdrawal amount payout cap i didn't as when I was at 4k in greed i went aggressive and end up hitting DD. [IMO they they should remove they withdrawal cap ] beside that firm is very good especially their customer support.

What can i say i never really felt so close to a trading company as a trader before i met topone starting late october. i have been trading with topone futures just after late october and what i liked the most was their customer support for eg. i had an account issue once where it was blocked after i exceeded the dailly DD limit but even after 24 hrs it was locked. i went into the customer support and soon as i got in an agent came to support and fixed in like 2 mins no problem. I also love Project X platform integration absolutely love the platform...

Top One Futures Ignite 25K is affordable, has a smooth dashboard, and offers fast, reliable support. Great value for anyone starting out. Their rules are best.

Love this propfirm. Only downside of it is the fact that until you go live you are capped to a certain amount, but other than that, great on all aspects. Extremely quick payouts, and they are only growing and improving on accounts and s2f / challenges.
