The customer support is the best. They respond almost immediately and they always take care of whatever issues. I had an issue with rise for my first payout so rhey paid me with crypto it took 4 days to hit my account. My second payout requestes payout at 5:13pm got email at 3:30am to set up plane. Funds are scheduled to hit my account September 16th which is 4 business days. Overall I love Topone Futures and they are on top in my opinion.

Amazing firm. Took and passed my eval 8/6/2025 (one day evals). Got funded (25k). After meeting all the payout requirements (ten days), I wanted to pad my profits a little. Finally took a payout on 9/5/2025. This payout landed in my RISE account in less than two hours. Amazing. Dashboard is great with awesome info on your progress.
