QuickPay (Intraday & EOD) - Evaluation Only

• No single trading day may account for more than 30% of total profits.

FastPass EOD - Evaluation Only

• No single trading day may account for more than 45% of total profits.

News Trading

• Not Allowed - All positions are auto-closed 2 minutes before Tier 1 news releases and markets reopen 2 minutes after. No account failure for accidental news trades, but traders found to be ignoring these guidelines and abusing the policy will lose their account. Traders can view the Tier 1 data release calendar, the Investing.com Economic Calendar, and the CME Calendar in the TradeDay Members area.

Copy Trading Rule

• Copy trading is permitted across your own evaluation and funded sim accounts. Trades can also be copied from a personal external account into your TradeDay account. Funded Live and Funded Sim accounts must be traded separately, copy trading between them is not permitted. Copy trading between 2 or 3 Funded Sim accounts only is allowed.

Consistency Rule

• Profits during one single trading day should not exceed 30% of the profit target. There is no consistency objective for funded traders.

Expert Advisors

• Expert advisors are allowed; however, algos and bots purchased from a third party and employed by the trader are forbidden. If multiple users are making the same trades, then all the accounts will be shut down and the users suspended.

Gap Trading

• Entering trades specifically in gapped, illiquid markets to benefit from isolated/stray fills are not allowed.

Hedging prohibited

• Simultaneously going long in one account and short in another account in the same product.

VPN Usage

• Using a VPN or VPS to mask the location of trading is not allowed.

High Frequency Trading (HFT)

• Using automated trading systems designed to scalp at an extremely high frequency is prohibited.

• Strategies that produce more than 200 trades in a day is prohibited.

• Not allowed to use any trading strategy intended to exploit or create errors in the services, such as errors in the display of prices or delays in their updates.

• Trading an excessive or unrealistic number of contracts in the day is not allowed.

Inactivity rule

• TradeDay does not charge inactivity fees or have minimum trading requirements.
• However, Tradovate has its own account inactivity system. If a user does not log into their Tradovate account for more than one calendar month, Tradovate will automatically archive the account. When this happens, the account is removed from the trading platform and cannot be recovered by the firm or reactivated. At this time the account will be considered failed, and a user will need to purchase a reset or buy a new account if they wish to continue trading.

Circuit Breaker Rule

• Funded Traders are not permitted to trade within 2% of a price limit. Traders in breach of this policy will lose their funded account.

Drawdown Lock

• The trailing max drawdown trails upward until it reaches the starting balance, then locks permanently. Applies to evaluations and Funded Sim accounts.

Profit Split

• All profit splits and thresholds are calculated on gross profits (gross profits = account net profits + total withdrawals taken from the account)
• All Funded Sim payouts above $4000 net profit level will be at an 80/20 profit split
• All Funded Sim payouts below a $4000 net profit level will be at a 50/50 profit split

Total Max Payout on QuickPay Sim Funded

• $10,000 (account reviewed for Funded Live graduation at this threshold)

Minimum Payout Amount

• $250

FastPass EOD

Profit Split

Payout Frequency

• 50K - 5 winning days of $150+ per day
• 100K - 5 winning days of $200+ per day
• 150K - 5 winning days of $250+ per day

Net Profit

• The account must show a net profit since the previous payout request

Payout Cap Per Request

• Payout requests are limited to a maximum of 50% of the account balance and are also capped based on account tier:
  • $50K Account: $2,000
  • $100K Account: $2,500
  • $150K Account: $3,000

Minimum Payout Amount

• $250

FastPass Trailing Maximum Drawdown (TMD) Adjustment

• On the first payout request, the trailing max drawdown automatically adjusts to the starting balance (if not already there) and locks permanently

Funded Account Profit Protection

• If a funded account is lost with a positive balance, remaining profits are returned (after profit share), except profits from Tier 1 news trades, prohibited trading practices, repeated abuse of trading guidelines, or profits earned in a simulated account
