They have varieties of account type. I traded with the one that doesn't have commission and i loved it. Though with a little spread.
Their verification process isn't that fast They can do better by making their verification process more faster.

Alpha Capital has been great. I've been earning money with them for several months now. Their rules are strict, but if you stick to them, you wont have any problems. I think the interview process is a brilliant idea, it prevents cheating and ensures only genuine traders are using their platform. If you're the one actually trading and can demonstrate your strategy, you'll be fine. Their support is also great.
