After trying unsuccessfully at least 10 times, I now have a live account. One of the features I like most is that I do not experience the price slippage that occurs in many companies. I received an interview invitation. I passed successfully and withdrew 3600 USD. Customer representatives are very polite and customer oriented. I hope our partnership will continue for many years. I bought an account with alpha Capital group, actually multiple accounts, got funded with them once in the past, didn't reach a payout but successfully completed the KYC process, and my status on their page was verified, then kept buying more accounts because I thought they were a serious and reliable firm as they intend to appear, now I finally got to the funded stage again and they asked me to re-do the KYC, looked shady to me because I knew for a fact that I was already verified on the page, since I already got funded once, but did the KYC proces...

Before the first payout, the company conducts an interview with the trader. In my opinion, this is a good practice that shows a serious approach to working with new traders. The company's support is fast and efficient. I can recommend working with this company, in my opinion it is one of the best options on the market!

I have nothing but praise over ACG. Customer service has always been great, fast, kind and they have always been able to solve every question and issue. Trading condistions are very standard, maybe they can improve on the slippage on news events, specially on their swing accounts. Payaout process has always been fair, and after the interview very fast. So far I recommend trading with ACG, great experience!
