Been trading with them for more than a year. Already got 10+ payouts through Wise which were sent between 48-72h. Overall, trading with them is a quote good pleasure. They are trasparent and helpful, despite trading conditions and rules are really super limiting (everything is in the FAQ) and make it hard to Trade, and customer service is pretty slow due to the quantity of emails they receive but they are helpful and polite.

One of the best prop firm I've had, great customer service, speedy and accurate dashboard, standard payout time with no hidden rules. Great experience overall. The only downside is the spread can be big occasionally.

Alpha is a good company they do pay out. There is some room for improvement but overall they are a good company to work with. Customer service, payment processing time is all good

Alpha Capital Group mistakenly provided me with an extra $100k funded account. I assumed it was a challenge account since I hadn’t passed another challenge. Later, they breached all my accounts, claiming I exceeded the max allocation due to this error—an error entirely on their end. Their justification for not resolving the issue is a supposed “breach of trust,” which isn’t even stated in the contract. This situation was entirely a result of their mistake, and their refusal to take responsibility is completely unacceptable.

So far I am very happy with ACG's services. At the very beginning it was not without problems, but all of them were due to my incompetence. You have to read and follow the rules, which are clearly and clearly presented in the FAQ and everything will be fine. So far I have withdrawn over $7500 in 4 withdrawals. my favorite firm, not many firms have the condumer care like alpha capital did, they really easy to reach. anything that traders doubt about can easily get answer from them. the only problme is only payout times beetween 2-3 days. if they can improve the payout times under 2 days i think alpha captial is the best firm

Alpha Capital Group UK I am withdrawing money from here for the 10th time. Never been refused payment and pay directly every time no more than 3 days I think this fund is stable and always on time. I love them Alpha Capital team.
