ACG payout process is very fast, very good for me who doesn't like waiting long, no problem in payout, support always helps if there are problems with payout. Best propfirm I've ever used.

I had won a account last year on occasion of cristmas a 5k account. Since then I have been using Alpha capital and my experience was soo good never seen any problem with my account and support staff is good also I recommend you to at try once if you want good trading environment.

I requested a payout from my account, everything was done legally and within the rules, the payout was rejected due to news trading, my trade was opened at 4:26 p.m. and the news was at 4:20 p.m., so it was outside the prohibited window, they later wrote that it was gambling behavior even though it is outside the prohibited window. The trade is set with 0.5% risk of the entire account, just like the other trades, there is no question of gambling behavior, they just invent a reason not to pay out. Got my second payout with ACG after an interview with William from the risk department. If any of you traders will have an interview with them pray it's William because he is the most friendly and helpful guy you can expect. After the interview I received the payout in 30 minutes. i opened a user with wrong email. and i purchased a 100k challenge. i requested from support to help me fix it . support didn't help me beside linking the challenge to ctrader after ten emails!!! . after passing phase 1 i requested again to link the challenge to a new user that i opened by their request but the didnt do it and now i cant tarde phase 2 . the costumer service is very bad and it takes days to get a respond . . compared to other firms i use they look like a big scammmm. if they link my phase 2 challenge to the new user i created by ...
