Firm doing very well, experience is good and have made quite some money with ACG already. Only problem is that they don't deliver on promises they make regarding processing times etc. It usually takes 2 to 3 x as what they promise. But in the end they do pay out so I'm giving them 4 stars

I was trading with AlphaCapital for almost 1 year and everything was going good. But recently when I passed my Phase 2 challenge I was asked to do my KYC again even though I had previously taken many payouts with them. I completed my KYC again and after sometime they sent me a mail that I had been banned from Alpha capital for doing reverse trading which is false allegation. My trading style had been same throughout and never got a warning or anything. They said that I was risking 4% per trade which is considered as reverse trading. But in there FAQ...

Unfortunately my payout 8k usd is rejected with the name of gambling. I have proved everything to them through email but still no reply from them I am waiting for the reply. Account 1810218. Hit a wall after clearing eval (1mo+ grind). Issue? KYC - birthplace in restricted country = instant reject. Doesn't matter about current nationality/citizenship/residency. Ironic - if passports didn't show birthplace, wouldn't be an issue. Support's worthless - copy-paste replies after days. Other firms don't care about birth country, but here it's a deal-breaker.

I passed my account February 2024 and I couldn't complete my kyc for months then all of a sudden they said my kyc can not be completed because I accessed the verification from different countries. This is a complete lie because during this period I never left the country and I don't use VPN.

Have had a really great experience so far at Alpha Capital, and was happy to receive my first payout with them a few days ago. Had to do the interview first but was all perfectly fine, I believe this is a good thing. Look forward to keep working with them and would recommebd to anyone.

One of the best propfirms out there currently and the customer care is really great they are quick to respond and they really help you out ,and so far so good haven't had any problems

You are not allowed to use a trade copier if you have a cTrader account. You can't use a cBot in cTrader and the maximum lot rules make no sense. Feels like a 20th century product in the 21st century.

I have passed and failed challenges with this firm. i avoid trading the news so i dont experience any crazy slippage which i havent. their dashboard is a great guide to monitor your account status especially for rules which i think is better than a lot of firms that have a lot so you'd thought you passed but apparently there is a broken rule somewhere. only not so nice experience with them is the time to process a payout and delay of payout as stated in their site.
