I update my previous review. Just remember you will never receive a big payout here. If you are a profitable trader you will be banned one day. The company does not even bother to reply to my multiple emails to provide details of he lot size breach. Instead they deleted all the trading history from ctrader and dashboard. But I did all the screenshots before and have proofs. They replied with a standart form to my two negative reviews on different sites but they do not bother to provide any details. The company does not even bother to reply to my multiple emails to provide details of he lot size breach. Instead they deleted all the trading history from ctrader and dashboard. But I did all the screenshots before and have proofs. They replied with a standart form to my two negative reviews on different sites but they do not bother to provide any details. If there was a breach it's very easy to give the exact time stamp and trade ID. But they do not bother to do this as there was no breach. They again and again put the link to to thei rules. But they themselves do not follow them. Even if there was a breach a trader still can trade that account bit not with this company. Just do not waste time with them. There are more companies in the market which treat their customs way much better. I made 7% profit on 100K account. Still the team did not approve it saying I reached the lots limit. As for their rules the max lot size for my account is 40 lots. I never opened more than 40 at the same time. I have all the logs in ctrader. During trading I used the reversal button in ctrader which reverses the position in a second. They can easily check it in their detailed logs. But they prefer to decline the payout. The other point is again according to their rules if the lot limit size was breached the payout is canceled but you still can trade the funded account. In my case they just blocked it. I never received any warnings. Nothing, including the payout and payment for buying the account. Support does not want help with this telling to send email. Still emails are just ignored. If you write details in the discord they just block your account there. Be careful with this prop firm and read all the reviews in independent sources not only their payout proofs in their discord.

Fiz minha solicitação de saque a 5 dias úteis atrás, e até agora não me pagaram! Hoje me enviaram um e-mail dizendo que minha conta foi sinalizada e meu pagamento vai demorar mais 5 dias! / I made my withdrawal request 5 business days ago, and they still haven't paid me! Today they sent me an email saying that my account has been flagged and my payment will take another 5 days!

Nada! Me arrependo de ter comprado um desafio nessa empresa! Se soubesse que pagamentos altos eles enrolam e não pagam, teria comprado desafio em outra Prop fiem! / Nothing! I regret having bought a challenge from this company! If I had known how high payments they delay and don't pay, I would have bought a challenge from another Prop fiem!
Sem suporte, não pagam os clientes altos, não dão informações. Pior Prop firma que já vi! / No support, don't pay high clients, don't give information. Worst Prop firm I've ever seen!

Simplesmente após 4 dias úteis da minha solicitação de pagamento, eles me mandaram um e-mail dizendo que minha conta foi “sinalizada” e que devo esperar mais 5 dias para receber! Isso é um absurdo, vou ficar mais de 10 dias sem poder operar na conta ! / They didn't give me any reason, they didn't give me any explanation. Simply after 4 business days of my payment request, they sent me an email saying that my account was "flagged" and that I should wait another 5 days to receive it! This is absurd, I will be more than 10 days without being able to operate the account!

I've had two payouts with ACG from a giveaway back in December and there are so many positives to take away from Alpha Capital Group. The support is top,always there to help you with everything and very friendly. The processes quite smooth and on time,not experienced any time delays.The trading conditions are also quite good. After passing all the phases without breaking any rules and waiting to receive my live account, I receive an email informing me that I am being disconnected without any justification. I didn't receive any messages from the other evaluations I carried out and were unsuccessful, and the one I approved was disconnected. Total disappointment with alphacapital, I believed they were serious but they are nothing more than a SCAM. The least they should do is reimburse me for all the money I lost to them.

I’ve been with Alpha Capital for two years now and I’ve gotta say that I tried many other companies but none really come close to ACG, the biggest thing for me is the community that they’ve created among all the traders and the peace of mind of getting an answer to any type of question literally instantly in the group chat. (And they also allow CTrader which is a huge plus for me). Thanks ACG!!
