on July 26th i requested a 36k payout on my three accounts (2(100k) and 1(50k)) account and i was denied on the allegation of group trading based on a cod device whatever they called it .i requested for prove of the evidence and i was told they couldn't share any third party information, after they went silent on me even after a number of emails i and written them i decided to give it another shot with them and bought three more accounts with them i failed two and passed one and was funded with 100k . i proceeded to request for withdrawal just ...

Trading conditions are fine. Customer support is fine. Dashboard needs to be a lot better. Products need to be a lot better. 14 days payout is old school now. And they keep on ranting lies on X that they deliver funded accounts within 24 hours but that is nowhere to be seen in real. Payout time is also very much stressful. I hope they improve.

I think this is the best prop firm in the industry concerning customer care, payouts and trading conditions. I have passed the 100k challenge and received my payout without any problems.

Passed the two-step challenge. Once I was funded the payout process was just as they indicated (24-48 hrs to process the payout to my Rise account) . No issues.

Customer service is responsive, always looking at ways at resolving issues if they arise. Recently been onboarded to my live funded account and received great customer service from Pradeep, he was very helpful and supportive.

I had a wonderful time trading the challenge phase with alpha capital. They are available on the mt5 platform which I am very familiar with. Minimal swap fees. These is very crucial as a wing trader. My only issue was after passing the challenge phase, when I wanted to do verification. It was sorted eventually but it took too long

Alpha capital uk Breach my Kyc without any reason and also don't give any reason. I already get 2 payouts from them but they breach my Kyc and banned me . I invest minimum 800$ or more on Alpha capital uk but all time I fail challenges but on that time when I pass my account and want to get some money from them they breach my Kyc and also don't give me any reason why they breach Kyc . I send them lot of Emails but they not give me any response
