Approved my EA in writing, sent them the full details then got through 2 challenges and they refused to provide the real accounts. After many emails back and forth I got the accounts from them. Was totally unfair but they did resolve this issue by issuing the account however, did not allow me to continue with my EA. I wouldn't have signed with them if this was the case. They went back on their word regarding the EA.

Alpha capital group is one of my favourite firms. They have stood fast during the current prop firm crisis without any significant issues which is a sign of good relief for traders. Some of the rules have changed recently but I guess those were inevitable given the current situations. The high impact news rule is a lil too strict though. Other than that they have great trading conditions overall. They provide both. raw and commissions free accounts. This propfirm is one of the propfirms that can still survive in the midst of the storm that is hitting other propfirms. Propfirm's various advantages include very responsive customer service, responsiveness in handling customer complaints. Apart from that, trading conditions with very attractive spreads and fast execution.

A decent exection but sometimes i get slippage from the acg which I think that shouldn't be that case but its still ok t trade with them. their payout time is less than 2 days which is good considering u can start trading once gain without much delay.. I personally will defiantly get maxed allocated with them bcz they are reliable and will also bring alpha futures soon too

ACG is a scam. I copy my ACG account from my 5ers account. They accused me doing group trading. But I DO NOT do it. Even if I provide trading details and show them two accounts by my own. They still cheat. This company can make up any excuses to make traders failed. STAY AWAY FROM ACG.

Alpha Capital Group I bought recently a couple of prop firm accounts with this firm, passed them. Same day I was awaiting onboarding for my master account I was denied because of their rule for "3rd party payments". You cannot issue card payments where cards are not in your name. I bought the accounts 05/06, which was last month. This rule about Third Party Payments was added last week, making this a invalid rule for my account without notifying me. I'm funded with BlueGuardian, FundingPips and I've never had this issue in my life with Third Party ...

I was a good experience and they had good customer support to help me during my verification issue with verification provider and they have very good spread which I find very good
