Very easy to use and great customer service. Plenty of options and even better with MT5. And solve every small or big problem in minutes, customer service top notch. Queries are answered quickly and support is amazing.but unfortunately I don't pass their challenges. It is a pleasure to be an Alpha Capital Group customer.

Alpha Capital has many customers so they will need at least 1 business day until they fulfill your request. The spread is acceptable, at least no slippage happens frequently. Dashboard is clean but you need to aware of verification tabs appear at anytime after u passed both phase of the challenge. Payout process always make me unable to trade for 2 trading days.

Really enjoyed their challenge and the ease of the dashboard plus their transparency is great no hidden rules or conditions that need to be met really what you see is what you get.

I have been active with Alpha capital Uk last 2 years. The only firm, which i confidently can say that they have been upgrading their quality service and never found any payout issues. I passed both phases on June 7th 2024. Waited until June 16th only to be notified by email that they are not going to issue me a funded account! Reason is: “order spamming”, which basically means I placed 10 x 0.10 orders instead of 1 x 1.00 order. A dumb rule if you ask me. And to make things worse they just added the spamming rule in their FAQ on June 13th. In discord there are countless traders that were getting denied a funded account, and countless more that are still waiting for payouts. Pls spend your money elsewhere. I mean it!!

On May 24, i passed my phase 2 but contract was not signed . I contacted the support team everyday , but did not explain to me the reason for not signing the contract

They send credentials faster and they got MT5, and they have good trading conditions . They have zero commission accounts, keep up the hard work alpha Capital Group 🥰

I passed a 5k challenge thanks to propfirm match. This was for experience ACG and its a good firm ! Challenge was passed with great conditions and no slippage at all. Payout came the same day also
