I would describe Alpha Capital as a very good firm. Their trading conditions are very good. I had barely any slippage and the fact they offer 0 commissions is super nice for scalpers. I did not have the pleasure to get a payout since I blew my funded account ( multiple times ) so I can't comment on that.

The Time it takes for customer service to respond to your question takes time. After passing too it takes a while to receive live logins details. but execution is top notch and trading conditions is close to perfect. overall its a good firm a i highly recommend them. they just need to work more on their customer service.

Customer care okay but can still improved . There's no hidden rules. Trading condition is still okay for me. Dashboard can be annoying sometimes. Thats the only complaints for me. Received credentials within hours after sign contract. Payout + performance fees direct to my wise account. My fav firm so far

Alpha Capital Group is outstanding, easily the best firm I’ve worked with. The only downsides are the slightly higher spreads and a dashboard that’s not very user-friendly. But these are minor compared to the overall excellent experience. It’s a top-notch firm for any serious trader.
