The firm is good and the offers price is great, however, the waiting time to get my funded account details was over a week, which is not encouraging, now am awaiting a payout and its been over 12 hrs, not complaining though. My only complaint is that they get things done faster, time is essential for traders.

I would like to say their promotions and events are very generous. But, some work on the website, customer care, and specifications on their lot sizes could be done. Their lots are very odd, and to risk 1% on a 200k account, you would have to open multiple positions if you are trading the SPX index, because their max lot size is 100...

I have been trading with alpha capitals group from 6 month and one thing I will say that they are soo transparent in every aspect Payout are soo faster in less than 24hours Customer service is best Also they handle every situation very easily There is no commission on trades Spreads are also okay okay not for scalpers But if u are looking for a legit firm Alpha capitals is for you Thank you ❤️

Spread are little annoying not for lower timeframe trader for scalpers but there is no commission so we have to compromise
