Hey Trader, I got a challenge of 5K in giveaway from Alpha Group. I passed it very well. .Dashboard and website is little unfriendly You have to look everything carefully to understand. Customer Support is also takes 5 to 15m but they will reply you within 30m. I take their 5k 2 Step Account Challenge and I passed both phases and I got funded and thennI received a payout also.I must say that due to their zero Comissions,I Like the firm.Plus they have very low spreads and Institutional level execution of trades.It took 24-48 Hours usually for their payout to be processed.My Payout was approved in 40 Hours and I choose riseworks for that.Some bad things about alpha is that their support team is very slow in terms of operations.They respons quite slowly and Alpha Capital also does not provide crypto as instru...

They have good customer care ...responds quick on email ,spreads from broker are zero making good to calculate sl and also allows news trading which is advantages to us ..Dashboard is best plus there app ...I rate them 9/10.

One of the best firm with institutional level of execution and trading conditions with 0 commissions. Their email support is awesome and phase transitions are smooth and automated.

Number 10 for successful traders with additional fees. Additionally, payment speeds are incredibly fast. It would be better if it was crypto. Fees per lot are reasonable. Rise payment system is very useful

Alpha capital group is very good well reputed and customer friendly prop firm. They gave free of cost 5k evaluation account for all the word and luckily I got that 5k account. That was a beautiful gift for me. I trade on this account for some day's. And I see very good trading conditions instant order execution normal spread and overall trader friendly environment. There customer support is pretty good specially on discord the team is very friendly. A big thanks from my side to Alpha capital group team.

The live chat is useless. For everything , you need to email them and wait. Receiving funded account account credentials take 5-6 working days on average. Payout time is within 48h as per my experience. Dashboard needs a lot of improvements. No funded account leaderboard. Spreads get wider near your TP and i have seen this on daily basis. For me, 3 star.

I had a nice experience with Alpha. Zero commission, fast response from customer support, Quick payout, fastest trade execution, nice looking dashboard. Only one drawback which is High Spreads.
