I had no issue buying the account or setting it up in MT5. Overall good spreads tho Gold tends to vary, most I've seen is half a pip 0.5 ( SELL 2022 - BUY 2022.48 ). For me it's pretty wide but some people would say it's normal. I passed challenge around christmas period, so I had to wait more than the 5 days to receive my funded account. But typically it only takes 5 days maximum. They didn't send me the e-mail of the contract so you have to log in daily in the website to sign it, then they will send you your funded details. Alpha capital is the best prop firm so far, with fast and reliable customer support, fast pay out and even no commission on trading. Their rules are very simple and transparent. Though one of their rules that makes people to fail is their 2mins rule, many have been burnt because of that Though their reason maybe to eradicate traders using HFT bot or strategy
