The company was initially good, however lately they behaved very, very bad with no way to have any meaningful conversation with risk management or support. The company was initially good, however lately they behaved very, very bad with no way to have any meaningful conversation with risk management or support. A month ago I received an email from risk management to not risk more than 1% or to be refunded the accounts ( I had 3 100k live accounts), after back and forth to them to clarify what not risking more than 1% entails ( does it include slippage, spread and commissions?) and after dealing with a support agent called Schinex who gave me wrong information, (he told me to not risk more than 0.5%) that's when the Lewis (I guess the admin agent) stepped in and told me that 1% is fine and it doesn't count slippage and costs. I then proceeded trading according to the rules, I managed to make another 1.900 in payout while abiding to the 1% max risk. few days later I logged in my other 2 funded accounts to place a 0.01 lot trade to avoid inactivity (30days since last trade), that's when after a few minutes I got an e-mail form risk management that I was banned and my contract breached for "suspicious trading activity". I contacted support Live chat and emailed the risk management, on the live chat Schinex was basically only sending me copy pasted emails on how it was my fault and this is risk management decision, ignoring the fact that we had an agreement, they gave me two options to either CONTINUE trading or get refunded on all my accounts, after, many back and forth I closed the chat and re-emailed them because previously Schinex closed my e-mail conversation as I had two ongoing. and since then I got no reply back, I also contacted the CEO on twitter and still haven’t gotten any reply. The company basically didn't keep its word and is playing around with people's money, while claiming that they are paying anyone as long as rules are not violated. 3x100k are gone for FOLLOWING exactly what we AGREED on? And I didn’t even get a proper explanation why the contract was terminated IF I followed the rules we agreed on and I find it outraging that they can’t even communicate the issues and allow this level of incompetence among their support agents. Not to mention that as for now I can't even access the "Live chat" anymore unless I use VPN... This doesn’t look like a healthy and sustainable company that deserves to be mentioned among reputable firms. They are clearly struggling and looking for any made up reason to get rid off traders that get too many payouts, obviously they still pay big influencers known for their high risk.

Actually, a problem caused me to write this review here. The trades I opened in Matchtrader started to close by themselves. Because of this, I lost about 700$ in my funded account. I asked to change the platform, and I didn't ask for any compensation for my losses, because companies don't take responsibility in such cases. However, the friends in customer support quickly took care of the situation and added all the losses to my balance, even though I didn't ask for them.
