First of all, I made a withdrawal request on August 12, 2 days later, that is, on August 14, they sent a message from the Risk team via live support (absolutely no e-mail was sent, no notification was sent to me, I saw it when I entered the site by chance 1 day later). I replied to their message and it took them more than 6 days to get back to me. I sent them all the necessary proofs and after 1 day they asked me to send them a list with the dates of the countries I visited (complete nonsense, I told them that I had only been to one country and it was because I was a student). I sent the list 6 days ago and they still haven't responded to me, they keep writing irrelevant things days apart and prolonging the process.
