Worst support staff ever. I have taken 3 payouts from the firm and i am a regular trader. But suddenly they have deducted my 262 usd profit. I made a complaint on support but it's 2 week now. nobody resolving the issue. I am frustated. My ticket id is 31228.

BEST PROP FIRM I HAVE EVER SEEN. THERE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS VERY GOOD AND TRADING CONDITION IS ALSO VERY GOOD. THERE PAYOUT SYSTEM AND PAYOUT TIME IS VERY GOOD AND I THINK BEST IN INDUSRY.

I have been trading with FundingPips for over 1 year. It's one of the best propfirm out ther with 0 payout denieals. Has been a wonderful experience working with them! They are fast in everything, let's see what they will offer in the future as well!

I really liked the experience and all the conditions are great but now they added few extra rules but as long we have peace of mind that we will receive the payout all is well great firm

Payout, Dashboard an all the Backend topics are quite good. But the rules and the trading conditions are not really the best. Too many problems with the Service.

I passed a 100k 2-step evaluation and upon passing, funding pips tried to tell me that I was involved in "Account management" or copytrading. I was the only person who traded my account and I have never used account management or copytrading. The trades in question were 3 losses and I took those trades using a simplified version of the ict silver bullet, where you enter on the first 5 min fair value gap generated between 10 AM and 11 AM New York session on the NASDAQ. It's my first time trading with fundingpips and I really like the firm, they have fast execution and dashboard refresh. Except for their poor customer care service, every other thing is okay. I once had an issue on my account, took several days to get attended to. I still love them, just the customer care.

One of the best prop firm out there, previously had the best rules and trading conditions. No hidden rules, if you can trade consistently and follow your plan you'll receive your account.

Trust is the most important thing for me in a prop firm. After I paid and passed the 2-steps challenge - they decided to change the payout method from 80% profit split every Tuesday (which is what they also wrote on the contract) Now we can choose 60% every Tuesday / 80% bi-weekly / 100% every month. They have no right to do it , and it damaged all my trust in this firm.
