I love FP, great firm. they can just improve in the customer service, making sure all the staff understand what's going on and the rules. overall is a good experience.

While the Funding Pips model seems good with affordable entry,, but I can't believe how bad the customer service is. It is very hard to get to the bottom of an issue. For example, with one issue, firstly they told me it was a news event, and took 10+ emails to learn it was a different issue. With another, my orders were being rejected and I couldn't get a straight answer why. I just cleared step 2 challenge phase 1 now I am in phase 2, It's great to work with these firms. Soon i will try more challenges of these firms. Its has been 3 weeks when i started now i am enjoying my trading.

My honest review. Had my 2 payouts with them, awaiting my 3rd payout soon. My past 2 payouts have no issues from evaluation to master account. Payout was super fast. Getting funded account was fast too. But recently there was an issue when i placed a trade 18hours prior to news, my 2k profits got violated. As stated in their FAQ im allowed to close trades within the prohibited news window if my trades are more than 5hours. So i tried contacting live chat, very slow replies from customer service team. just bought a challange 2 weeks ago, so for their is no problem, they have low spread and smallest commission compared to the others firm. their customer support are amazing

As per the customer care of this prop firm, it is nothing to write home about. Their response to complaints is slow and, therefore, not encouraging. Funding Pips (FP) has a bit of a high spread when compared to some other prop firms, and its slippage can be devastating during the release of major news events. However, execution on its platform is brilliantly fast. As a trader, the latter is very comforting and boosts confidence.

This is my first time purchasing a challenge account from funding pips and the trading conditions are top notch the major pairs literally got 0 spread. Metals too have tight spreads. The only thing is in crypto i can only take swing trades cause there the spread is too much. But yeah the execution is smooth no slippage experienced overall a very good company.

Funding Pips has its ups and downs. I give them kudos for having a user-friendly dashboard and for their payout process every Tuesday. However, they have a poor customer care unit that takes time to respond and leaves matters unresolved to the customer's satisfaction. I hope they will improve on the latter moving forward. On a scale of 1 to 10, I will rate them average.
