I'm funded since September 2023 with Funding Pips (although I lost and regained my accounts since then). The customer support is good, dashboard is simple and straight forward. Although there was quite some changes in the trading rules in late 2023, this completely stabilized now. We see less and less promotions which is very good sign that the company is healthy and is rebalancing its revenue from sales only to sales + profits from traders (I think...). The strongest point is surely the fast provisionning of funded accounts (never waited more than ...

They are phenominal. I admire them alot. Support is always available. CEO is very humble person. I think in this prop firm industry they are only the ones who cares for traders and back them. Every thing is just perfect fine and they are best.

My experience was great with them. In the beginning, I was forced to buy an account with a bank card in my brother’s name due to a problem with my card. I did not know that this had become prohibited by them, but they responded to me immediately and allowed me to continue and not to repeat it. They support you in every way and take every case seriously. Thank you guys

The support team is very amateur. They always give memorized answers. and they keep saying "wait". After I passed the 2nd stage, it took 14 days for my funded account to be approved. While doing the KYC process, I accidentally uploaded a document that was not necessary and had been doctored with Photoshop, into the system. They banned me immediately. I explained the situation to the KYC team and the funding pips team every day and many times. I said, "Please help me, yes, this is a mistake, but I made this mistake by mistake." Summary
My story was exactly like this; The document I had to upload had to be no older than 3 months. And the document I had was older than 3 months. My roommate said I could fix the date with Photoshop. I accepted it first. and my roommate edited the date area of the document. Then he sent me the document with the date section edited. Later, I gave up uploading this document to your system. And I went to the municipality and got a new version of this document and took a photo of it. I came home and realized I was about to be late for work. I decided to quickly KYC and leave the house. I had 2 documents on my phone while doing KYC. One of them is the document sent to me by my roommate, which is older than 3 months, and the other is the original document I received from the municipality. Since I uploaded documents to the kycaid system quickly, I uploaded the old, non-original document instead of the original document. And I quickly left the house. When I arrived at work, I saw the e-mail from the your system and was shocked. I immediately contacted the funding pips support team. They told me "don't worry and contact Kycaid support team". Then I immediately sent your support team an e-mail. When I didn't receive a response from you the next morning, I sent an e-mail again. I made an amateur mistake. I needed to check the photos 2 times before uploaded. I didn't do this because I was in a hurry and now I'm being punished. But the punishment for this should not be this severe. I'm not a cheater or a liar

the process was smooth overall until they lost the mt5 license and the new platforms have multiple issues like huge slippages in ctrader and tradelocker being unavailable most of the time due to technical issues or attacks
