I have purchased 5k account 1st time on fundingpips but using match code, it was my 1st experience on ctrader as prop trader in prop industry, ctrader lacks at the the time of news or during the release of economic data, if you will try to execute a trade it will take about seconds, which is not good, otherwise it's Ok

highly unrecommended prop firm, I got scammed from these guys. when the server was shunt down without previous notification, I thought they failed like other prop firm. after contacting team thought discord nobody answered me. So I raised charge back request since it was my hard earned money. after they come back I tried to cancel my chargeback request, but now they banned me (which I don't care for) and closing my account, without any refund!! that's means they can take your money when they want. very fraudolent company

This is the most honest review of all that I will make for FP. I have traded with funding pips before they were shut down and relauched again I got 2 payouts so far and after they relauched again I purchased a lot of accounts which I lost some in first phase and some on the second phase but couldn't get funded for 2-3 months., I came back after months to purchase an other account they just keep taking my money as usual but now I just got funded again I was expecting to get my master acc this monday I woke up to an email saying that ((((( Violating o...

they said my bank made chargeback when I purchased the acc with crypto. I reached out their support team and everything they are not answering anything, I want you to give it a though alright ?lets say if a charge back was made months ago and you close my accout and then I purchase an other account and they let me trade I lost that acc after 10 days and now I got an other acc last week and passed both phase in 1-2 trades and now they closed my account again , saying your bank made charge back. Im telling them i paid you guys through crypto how is that possible but no explanation. does that mean I owe my bank through funding pips ? isn;t that funny ?? I also told them if I owe my bank through you guys let me know so I can pay you guys and you pay to the bank at least let me trade my live account and I got no answer from them. Funding pips is just being funny now losing Reputaiton for 200 bucks is funny after all

They have very good customer service, they worked very hard when the issue with MT5 happened, and have several other options reasonably fast. Will be more than happy to get another account with the in the future.

They work very hard to make all the processes fast enough for customers.
Despite this is not an issue, with step 2 and live account credentials, seems like it will take a lot of time, but I have received the credentials in the expected time.
