I want to thank Hola Prime for building such a reliable firm !! I dont have such a good experience with other firms compared to Hola Prime!! I have taken multiple payouts and have received within 30 mins fastest being in 5 minutes. The rules simple and are to keep a trader funded and take payouts consistently .

I would advise traders to avoid or be very cautious about this prop firm. I was already skeptical at first after reading negative reviews about them but I gave them a try since their challenges are cheap and so I have taken notes what were the complaints and applied it to my trading rules. Risk per trade idea and margin utilization
Summary
Before I started trading the 2-step Hola Prime funded account I read their rules diligently and the bad reviews about them. I only execute 2 trades per day 1 per asia and ny only risking only 0.5-0.75% per “trade idea” . I monitor my trade upon execution and upon placing limit orders, I use CTRADER because before placing any trade I can clearly see the expected loss and est. margin usage and tp. Upon reaching the 7-day profitability requirement for a payout, hours later they withdrew my profits, breached my account then unbreached it. How convenient that this happened just hours after I reached the payout requirement. They can’t even provide which trade utilized 80% of my margin. The highest margin usage that I can recall was just around 24%.

the reset of trading balance instead of considering it as a rule breaching

My account #86912 was breached for alleged "Device Sharing" just as it was approaching payout eligibility. I have never shared my account, credentials, or device with anyone. I am the sole user of this account. Hola Prime claims my device was also used by other clients, yet no actual evidence has been provided to support this accusation. Coming up with reasons not to provide a payout after providing 1 payout
The lack of transparency and evidence when enforcing violations. My account (86912) was breached for alleged "device sharing" without any proof being provided. As someone who never shared my account or device and was close to a payout, I found the decision unfair and frustrating. What concerns me most is that this is not the first time I've encountered issues shortly before becoming payout eligible. As a paying customer who has spent a significant amount purchasing accounts, I expected transparency and a clear explanation before such a serious action was taken. The breach resulted in the loss of my account and payout eligibility based on allegations that I strongly dispute, which I believe is unfair and unjustified.
