My funded account was initially terminated for an alleged 2% risk rule violation that I strongly disputed. I believed the firm had calculated my trade risk using a stop loss that had been moved later to lock in profit rather than the original stop loss at entry. After I raised the issue, requested a review, and asked for supporting evidence, Hola Prime conducted a manual investigation. I truly admire their professionalism, integrity, and the way they support their traders. Their customer service has been responsive, patient, and highly professional whenever I needed assistance. Their fairness, transparency, and professionalism. They communicate quickly, resolve issues openly, process payouts very fast, and most importantly, they honor their commitments. Even after introducing restrictions for the Vietnamese market, they still processed my payout promptly and fairly, which earned my trust and respect.
The only downside for me is the recent restriction on the Vietnamese market. As a Vietnamese trader, I was genuinely disappointed because I have had a very positive experience with Hola Prime. I understand that business decisions are sometimes necessary, but I sincerely hope Hola Prime will be able to return to Vietnam in the future so more traders can benefit from their services.

I’ve been trading with Hola Prime since late April 2026, and I’ve honestly been surprised by how smooth the experience has been. I currently run three funded accounts: First funded account: 29 April 2026 Second funded account: 28 May 2026 Third funded account: 17 June 2026 I trade conservatively, usually targeting around 1–3% monthly per account. What I liked the most about the firm is the payout speed and the fact that existing clients are not ignored when it comes to promotions and discounts. They consistently take care of long-term traders, not just new customers.
The only minor drawback is that when leaving a review, I had to download payout certificates individually, as there is no option to generate a consolidated payout certificate from the dashboard.
