I have executed 0.4 lot on xauusd and they have opened 3 lot and I wasn't able to close those positions. Then they have breached my account. I had 100k$ funded account and they have breached. My account wasn't breached genuinely. My live account no.:- 95244. Please contact to your senior team or ceo about my issue that was my 100k$ live account that you have breached. Please recheck and return back my account. That was technical issue from your side

Very poor customer support! Passed 100k 1-step (ctrader) on 24th Oct. Received funded account (ctrader) on read-only mode pending account review (which should be done in 24-48 hours). I am still awaiting a response on account review as of 1st Nov, (well over 7 days since passing and well over their supposed 48 hours quoted response time. I have sent 2x follow up emails after waiting 48hours after receiving no response. First was with Emma and then Kate. No update on my account review. Just pass the buck messages with no substance. Very disappoint...
