Customer Service is fast and efficient. Dashboard is simple but very limited and uninformative. Definitely can be significantly improved. Payout is fast and efficient.

This is a good prom firm with good trading conditions and it has zero spread and zero slippage. It is also customers friendly and also has a good payment process.

They were very fast and efficient with giving me my credentials when I bought an account, was able to start trading immediately. However what I didn't like was the trading platform they use and the trading conditions, the platform is slow, takes time to load, at times it just freezes and automatically refreshes itself. The spreads tend to widen even there are moderate impact news, I've been stopped out once or twice because of it.

I had purchased an account for first time ever on mavem trading match-trader trading account of 10k by using discount code of propfirmmatch, their spread on gold is very high in match trader which is bout 33points which is very high, however trading software doesn't hang while at the time of high impact news trading time work smoothly and order execution is also fast, can close all order at once and can set TP amd SL of all trades at once, match trader account is cheaper but spread is bit high.

so fast especially when it comes to payout 🥰 Trading conditions are realistic and price is really affordable all my payouts with them hit my account just under 30mins from approval

Matchtrader is OK, compared to MT5. webacess quickly allows you to calculate RR, tradingview charts can be added. Phase completion and funded account review lightning fast. You can get funded within a couple of hours. One feature that other firms has, daily pause without a hard breach should be implemented in maven IMHO.

Maven is here to stay. Everything about them screams professionalism, vision, stable and trustworthy. I'm yet to receive a payout with them but their support has been outstanding especially Mikasa the admin also I like their business model like how they have a vault and many others..
