Maven's Matchtrader platform is nothing to write home about. The platform is slow and leaves traders at the mercy of market volatility. Instant trade is a problem on this platform, and even when a trade is placed successfully, setting Stop Loss and Take Profit can sometimes be challenging. While I trade on this platform, my entry point often becomes an anomaly with the current market price. While their spread is commendable, execution is somewhat a headache. I recommend they overhaul or discontinue the Matchtrader platform for their traders.

Their customer service is top notch, they attend to you not sending faq and allowing bots reply you i stead they give customer services to reply you under 1 minute i don’t like as the moved from mt5 to match trader though

This is the worst prop firm ever. They denied me a funded account because their autoclose feature closed my trades when I hit the profit target. I wasn't the one who closed the trades—it was your system. Seriously? First, they claimed I traded during Powell's speech, which I didn't. When I contacted support, they said I failed the challenge because the autoclose feature was triggered during the news time window. They are blaming me for auto closing my trades after news was released and hit my profit target. Keep in mind that I didn’t close the trades and I didn’t open a trade during the 2 min time window. But their system automatically closed my trades
Summary
So I placed a trade on gbpnzd and news got released and they have an autoclose feature which I was not even aware of and it’s not even in their faq. And this autoclose feature automatically activates when it hits the profit target. So the autoclose feature closes my trade during the 2 minutes no trading window and they say it’s my fault and I traded the news. At first they said I traded Powell speech on the 10th July which I did not and after contacting support they said it’s about the autoclose feature which closed my trade.

Please don't fall for their cheap prices. I recently bought a 10K two-step challenge from them and I placed my first trade during a high impact news release. I was completely aware of their news trading rule which says that any trades placed before 2 minutes of the news release and closed after the 2 minutes of news release are invalid so I didn't place my TP but I placed my SL and the trade was in my direction and I was already in profit of more than 8% which was my overall target of that account. But because of that rule I wanted to wait for 2 min...

Summary
I was completely aware of their news trading rule which says that any trades placed before 2 minutes of the news release and closed after the 2 minutes of news release are invalid so I didn't place my TP but I placed my SL and the trade was in my direction and I was already in profit of more than 8% which was my overall target of that account. But because of that rule I wanted to wait for 2 minutes to pass and then close the trade but my trade was automatically closed just after 1 minute and 14 seconds and I recorded all this with my screen recorder of my PC and when I reached to their customer support they said that trades are automatically closed whenever profit objectives are met but this feature isn't mentioned on the website and it is also not mentioned on PropFirmMatch website. It clearly says that "Auto close at Target = No" on PropFirmMatch website. When I asked them about this they said that we don't know this we have this feature already with us and trades are closed automatically after profit targets are met. I asked them to show me any page or any link which clearly says that MavenTrading has this feature but they didn't showed me any because there isn't any page or such line on their website. After back and forth I told them that I want my refund and they successfully game my refund and closed my account. So please guys be aware of this firm. This is a complete fraud and they have hidden rules which are against the traders and if you are a profitable trader they will find a way to get rid of you. I'm not able to upload my screen recording here because of the upload size limit. I've all the screen recordings.

Maven funding is good firm, their spread is little bit high from raw spread account...and they can change their dashboard something attractive look. Some time their match trader server hang it for some seconds or some minutes.
