What happened

FundingTicks has announced a full wind-down of operations, citing a strategic decision to reallocate resources and exit the business with discipline and transparency.

What’s affected

• All active evaluations and Master accounts
• All live funded accounts, regardless of P&L status
• Pending live transition accounts

Refunds & payouts (as stated by FundingTicks)

Active Evals & Master accounts:

• 100% refund (profit/drawdown status irrelevant)

Master accounts (profit target met):

• 80% reward split if trading objectives were met
• 20% reward split if profit target was met but objectives not yet met

Live accounts:

• In profit: refund + 90% reward split on realized profit + 20% of initial live balance
• At breakeven: refund + 20% of initial live balance
• In loss: refund only (no reward split)

Pending live transition:

• Refund + 20% of initial live balance

Timeline & support
