Trading Without Stops:

• Trading without stop-loss strategies and relying on the Trailing Threshold to close a trade as a means of ""blowing the account"" is not allowed.

Automated Tools:

• AI, bots, and other fully automated trading mechanisms are strictly prohibited across all account types.

All-in Trading:

• Using maximum contract sizes to chase a ""big win"" early in the Funded Account evaluation process, with the hope of overcoming the trailing drawdown, then downsizing later is prohibited.

Price Limit Trading:

• Traders are prohibited from trading any product within 2% of a CME price limit

News Trading:

• Allowed

Inactivity Rule (Evaluation and Funded stage):

• To keep your Funded Account active, you must place at least one trade within each Ten-day period.

Risk to Reward Ratio's:

• Traders are to adhere to a maximum risk-to-reward ratio of 5:1.

Order Placement:

• Placing multiple limit orders at the same price to manipulate order fills is strictly prohibited.
• Micro scalping is prohibited

Trading Hours:

• 8:00-16:10 EST (Eastern Standard Time / NY Time) OR 06:00 PM - 04:10 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time / NY Time)
• Trades will automatically close at 4:10 PM / 16:10 - And it will not result in a breach of the account

Copy Trading:

1. Trade Copiers are allowed and not prohibited(third party is considered as a violation),
2. You cannot copy trades from other traders, you must only copy trades between your personal accounts,
3. We give traders the opportunity to manage multiple accounts. Copy trading is allowed at our client’s disposal and only from personal accounts that are legally bound to the account holder.

What we allow:

• Copy trading between Blue Guardian accounts ;
• Copy trading from Funded to Evaluation accounts and vice versa;
• Copy trading between Blue Guardian account and external accounts.
