Blue Guardian Futures Futures Reviews

I recently had an issue with trade execution on my account, where an order was filled significantly away from the expected market price, resulting in an immediate drawdown. From my perspective, the level of slippage was higher than expected under normal conditions. I reached out to their support team and explained the situation in detail. While the original trade could not be reversed, they responded professionally and offered me a new $50K challenge account as a goodwill gesture. I appreciate the fact that they didn’t ignore the situation and provided a solution relatively quickly. That said, execution quality is a critical factor for any trader, and it’s something I’ll be paying close attention to going forward. Overall, I’d say the support was responsive and willing to resolve the issue, but traders should still be mindful of execution during volatile market conditions. I’ll continue trading on the new account and update my experience over time.
