Maybe it’s because they’re still young in this industry, but overall, they handle customer problems and fix them. 10% Profit Achieved – Payout Delayed, KYC Manipulation, and Refusal to Pay Full Review (English) I am writing this review to warn other traders based on my real experience with Aeon Funded, supported by clear dates and facts. 1️⃣ Account Purchase & Trading I purchased an Instant Pro account on February 15. I traded fully within the rules and achieved 7 profitable days, each with a minimum of 0.5% profit. Eventually, I reached a total profit of 10% of the account balance, which made me eligible for payout according to their terms. 2️⃣ Payout Request & Delays I submitted my payout request on November 24. From that moment, continuous delays and vague responses started. I was repeatedly told to “wait for review” with no clear timeline. After following up multiple times, support kept claiming the issue would be resolved “soon,” without any real progress. 3️⃣ Company Admission of No Trading Violation On December 7, I received the following official message from Aeon Funded: “The issue was caused by some suspicious IP activities that affected a few traders, including you. We will now approve your payout and proceed with no further delays.” This message clearly confirms: No trading rules were violated Payout approval was explicitly promised They only requested that I complete KYC on their new dashboard and sign the contract afterward. 4️⃣ KYC Approval Then Rejection (Contradiction) I submitted my KYC as requested. After two days, I received a KYC approval email. Shockingly, I then received another email rejecting the same KYC request, with no explanation. After contacting support again, I was asked to resubmit KYC, which I did. 5️⃣ Final Excuse: “Restricted Country” After 7 more days, I received an email stating that my country of residence is now restricted, and therefore they would not pay my profits. This explanation is unacceptable because: My country was NOT restricted at the time of registration or trading They allowed me to buy the account, trade, and reach payout They promised payout before raising this excuse Restricted country rules cannot be applied retroactively 6️⃣ Attempt to Silence Negative Reviews Instead of paying my earned profits, Aeon Funded offered a refund only if I remove my negative reviews from platforms like Prop Firm Match and provide screenshots as proof. This behavior raises serious concerns about transparency and ethics. 🚨 Conclusion Aeon Funded: Delayed payout for weeks Contradicted themselves multiple times Approved then rejected KYC without justification Changed rules after profits were made Tried to condition refunds on deleting honest reviews I strongly advise traders to think carefully before trusting this company with their time, effort, and capital.
