I wana share this awful experience i face with this propfirm, and please read till the end, At the first like all propfirms in the general chat you see the haven, they are so helpful and everything you ask for you take the answer instantly, I bought a 25k account with their new platform MT5, but unfortunately they use a broker, i sufferd, they provide fake spread, at the chart you see 0.4 spread but when you execute the orders the spread become 3 pips, with commissions of course and also the big delays in orders execution, I complained multiple times and no one helps, always the polite person Tavnir say wait wait and no respond, After i passed the phase, i got funded and transferred from general chat to funded room, here everything changed, when you need something you take 3 days to a week waiting, Payouts are still delayed and pending from 4 to 8 weeks, and there some traders 8 weeks and still not getting paid, and they can do nothing, because they can get denied, Let's comeback to my experience, after getting funded, i sufferd also with fake spreads and delays in orders, and one night i woke up to see my account from 25k to 0 $, i complained, it took a whole week to see it and they renew my account but i sent a video to prove the delays and the fake spreads, they also took a week then provide me with ctrader account without contract and without payout cycle, I talk every day to support and they say wait, I took this account not seriously because without contract, as demo, i traded for a week or more making profits and losses, today when i failed with day dd, the reach out to me saying we fixed you payout cycle, but still they didn't give me a contract, No i have no account with them, all this experience was fake and awful, i ask for a refund and they don't wana talk about it, all what they did they waited for a 3 weeks letting me suffer with this account, and when i failed they decided to help. If you wana trade smoothly and get payment very fast don't come near to them ever. I'm still want my refund so i can buy from another company, but they don't want to, UPDATE : One of the members asked the about my review, they lied to him saying that everything is a lie , they told him they gave me 10k for the inconvenience ( false) The 10k i got before because i helped some members when they weren't available, Yesterday they banned me from the website because of the review, Today when i faced the in the ticket, they banned me from discord, cause i found out all their lies, People in general chat be careful the treatment is very nice, once you become a funded trade everything will change, and there is a lot like me that were silenced and got banned because they asked for their rights, At the end i consider this propfirm the worst i have ever used, delays in responds and fixing issues, delays by months in payouts, ( people are just afraid to talk so they will not get denied or banned) they are just waiting for their money, At the end, i will not forgive for taking my 60$, and i hope all the worst for this propfirm.
