Title: Unfair Payout Denial – Subjective “Gambling” Excuse Review: I had a very concerning experience with FundedX. After generating a legitimate profit of $630 on my funded account, my payout request was denied. The reason given was “gambling-style activity” simply because the profit came from a single trade. However: There is no rule requiring a minimum number of trades The trade followed all risk management parameters No explicit rule violation was identified Despite providing full trading history, previous payouts, and verified KYC, the decision was upheld without any transparent or rule-based justification. FundedX claims to support traders, but in my case, a profitable and rule-compliant trade was labeled as “gambling” purely based on internal interpretation. This raises serious concerns about fairness, consistency, and how payouts are handled. I would strongly advise traders to proceed with caution.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with FundedX. I passed both phases of the Elite Challenge 100K through disciplined risk management and structured trading. My strategy was consistent, controlled, and within reasonable exposure limits. I did not use maximum lot size, did not overleverage, and executed approximately 1 lot on a 100K account. After requesting a payout of $3,124, my account was suddenly halted for “One-Sided Betting.” The problem is: There was no clear quantitative definition of “one-sided betting” in the Elite Challenge FAQ. No minimum trading days were required. No minimum holding time was required. No clear restriction about trade frequency or directional bias was provided. No specific trade examples were initially shared to justify the breach. When a trader passes both evaluation phases successfully and then receives a payout rejection based on a loosely defined rule, it raises serious concerns about transparency and consistency. As a trader who has received over $500K+ in payouts from multiple other established prop firms, I understand compliance rules very well. I always trade within structured risk parameters. This decision was unexpected and, in my opinion, lacks sufficient explanation. I have formally requested a detailed review from their risk team. If full transparency and evidence are not provided, I will be sharing all trading records and communication publicly so the community can evaluate the situation independently. Traders should carefully review the rule definitions and ensure they fully understand how “one-sided betting” is interpreted before committing capital. I will update this review after receiving a final response. — Avijit Chakraborty

they deny pay-outs if your consistently making. paid me out 8k but declined to make further pay-outs, even though i used the same strategy for previous trades, they said its against there rules. I trade the ORB strategy on the 15m time frame and the examples they gave me didn't make sense and when i replied in details as to why i took the trades they stopped replying to me. check my review on Trustpilot.
