I am writing this review to warn the trading community about FundYourFX. I passed my 10k 10X Quest account legitimately, but when I requested my payout, their automated risk system slapped me with a false "copy trading and hedging" breach.When I demanded proof, their compliance team sent me backend screenshots accusing me of taking trades that resulted in a -$6 loss and a +$114 hedge trade. However, these trades DO NOT EXIST anywhere in my history. My official FundYourFX account dashboard clearly shows a perfect 100% WIN RATE out of 20 total trades. I have literally never lost a single trade on this account. It is mathematically impossible for a trader with a 100% win rate to have a -$6 losing trade. Their tracking software clearly experienced a database desynchronization glitch and mapped another failing trader's metrics onto my profile ID (915536).I spent over two weeks patiently communicating with support agents Nadea, Ann, Natasya, and Anisya, who kept telling me the case was "escalated and being investigated." I also provided screenshots showing their own live chat agent confirming that sequential trading on Gold with a human time gap is 100% allowed on their platform.Instead of having a senior system administrator manually check the server logs to fix their obvious software bug, they ignored my proof, rejected my legitimate payout, and permanently banned my account. I am a returning customer who has received a clean payout from them in the past, but they chose to protect their capital over honoring a flawless, math-backed audit. Do not trust this firm with your time or money. They will use automated system glitches to steal your profits when you win.

My overall experience with FundYourFX has been really good. They are one of the best prop firms out there. No consistency rule makes my trading life literally so easy and simple, I don't have to stress about stupid rules anymore. They also have good programs which I never seen before, like instant funding options and different challenges that actually make sense. Payouts come fast most of the time and support is helpful when you hit them up. Overall they trying their best to satisfy the traders and give real chances to make money. I would recommend them for sure.

Slow Customer Support

I had a terrible experience with this fraudulent company. They operate on a Ponzi scheme. The majority lose money, and they pay out the money of those who lose to a very small number of people. We, as traders, are left caught between a majority who oppose them and a minority who support them. This company was sued in the UK, and the court ruled in favor of the trader. You can find more information on Google AI. My problem is that they developed a clever way to calculate the 14-day period. One of their challenges, 10xquest, requires a daily profit of 1% for 10 consecutive days within a 14-day period, including holidays and weekends. After the ninth day, they closed my account on the tenth day at 00:01, meaning the tenth day lasted only one minute, not 24 hours. Before closing the account, I asked them how they calculate these days. Some said it was the day the account was purchased, others said it was after identity verification, and still others said it was after the first trade, which is exactly what's shown on the dashboard—the date of the first trade. Despite this, they came up with some strange ways to calculate the 14-day period. This is a fraudulent company. Don't believe people who say, "I've been paid."

Can not recommend this instant prop firm. Passed my step1 5 days ago and got no credentials from step2 and no payout yet. They said there is an issue with the verification process, but do not have more information for me
