Summary
My payout was wrongfully denied despite my full compliance with the firm’s rules. Throughout the process, I received contradictory explanations from support, repeated delays, and references to risk interviews that never actually took place. I was given dates and commitments that were never honored, followed by multiple apology messages acknowledging delays and internal issues. After waiting for more than three weeks for a resolution, I continued requesting updates regarding my payout. Instead of receiving a fair review of my case, I was blocked from Discord and banned for alleged harassment simply for pursuing payment that I believe was legitimately earned. I have retained evidence of all communications, including emails, Discord messages, support tickets, delayed responses, contradictory statements, missed appointments, and apologies from staff members.
