Clause 3.5 explicitly refers to gap exploitation, not normal trading at the start of a session such as the Asian session (after 23:00 UTC). My trades were swing trades lasting more than two hours, documented on their own dashboard, and do not fall under the prohibited practices. Changing the justification from gap exploitation to volatility exploitation shows inconsistency in applying rules and undermines transparency and fairness. This raises serious questions about the company’s credibility and fairness toward its customers
