Edge Score

  • The Edge score is a personalized, numerical metric used to assess your performance in the Axi Select program. It leverages advanced analytics to evaluate key aspects of your trading and identifies areas for improvement, with the ultimate goal of guiding you toward increased funding eligibility as you advance through the program. A higher Edge score translates to more funding opportunities.

How does the Edge score work

  • The Edge score is a weighted average of three key trading components: Skill, Consistency, and Risk, which is then multiplied by a discount factor based on your Experience.

Skill

  • Measure your ability to generate the profits while effectively managing drawdowns.

Consistency

  • Reflect your ability to achieve consistent gains, which showcases your understanding of market dynamics.

Risk

  • Evaluate your proficiency in managing risks effectively.

Experience

  • Assesses whether you meet minimum criteria for displaying credible trading experience.

  • The higher your edge score, the greater your eligibility for funding as you progress in the program.

There are different Edge Score for the different stage available

  • Seed stage: Edge score is 50

  • Incubation stage: Edge score is 60

  • Acceleration stage: Edge score is 70

  • Pro stage: Edge score is 90

  • Pro 500 stage: Edge score is 90

  • Pro M stage: Edge score is 90

Note: When you reach the 14% profit target and the minimum required trades in the Seed Stage, you can skip to the next level (available only in the Seed Stage).

There is a minimum number of total trades you must make within the current stage before you can progress to the next stage, listed below is the trades per stage

  • Seed stage: Trades per stage is 20

  • Incubation stage: Trades per stage is 40

  • Acceleration stage: Trades per stage is 50

Inactivity Rule

  • All accounts will be deactivated after 30 days of inactivity. To avoid deactivation, log in and maintain an active connection.

Buffer Rule (Instant Lite)

  • The first 3% profit generated on the account cannot be requested as a reward. This will act as a safety buffer to protect your account from hitting the 3% daily loss limit when requesting a reward.

Profit Lock Rule

  • Requesting a payout locks your max loss at the starting balance. The remaining portion acts as a buffer, while withdrawing the full profit leads to a breach in the Enhanced, Express, and Instant Programs.

Maximum Open Risk

  • A maximum open risk of 3% applies to all funded accounts. At any given time, the total potential loss across one or multiple open positions must not exceed 3% of the starting balance.
  • For Instant Lite and Instant24 accounts, the maximum open risk is 1%.

Maximum Open Trades (Instant24):

  • Only one position may be open at any time. If more than one trade is opened, that trade will be automatically close and this will constitute a Soft Breach.

Trade Idea Restriction (Instant24):

  • Opening multiple small trades on the same underlying trade idea in order to artificially improve your consistency score or bypass the maximum open risk rule is prohibited.
  • Opening a trade in the same direction and in the same product less than 5 minutes after the previous trade was closed would be classified as the same trade idea. If this behavior is identified, it is considered a Hard Breach.

News Trading

  • News trading is allowed during evaluation stages, but not allowed 3 minutes before and after high impact news in funded stages and Instant funding accounts.
  • News trading is allowed on Instant24 without restriction.

Expert Advisors

  • EAs are not allowed in Instant Funding accounts.

Copy Trading

  • Allowed, personal accounts only.

  • Hantec’s partnership with Prop Firm One enables you to extend your copy trading capabilities even further. PF1 allows traders to seamlessly copy trades across different proprietary firm accounts within a single platform, offering increased flexibility and a broader range of opportunities. This means that, in addition to Hantec’s internal copy trading feature, PF1 empowers users to manage trades across multiple firms, enhancing scalability and trading efficiency without breaching Hantec’s core rules. • This is defined as trades held for less than 3 minutes in duration. Total scalped profits cannot exceed 30% of total profits.

Overleveraging

  • Overleveraging, overexposure, and one-sided bets—defined as continuously adding to losing trades resulting in high margin levels against a single symbol or correlated.

All or Nothing Trading

  • Trading behavior that involves risking the entire daily loss limit—or a substantial portion of it—on a single trade or across multiple concurrent trades.

Account Rolling

  • This is the practice of aggressively operating multiple accounts in a short period to pass or fail them, with full account history taken into consideration, this practice is strictly prohibited.

  • Junior, Senior & Executive - Evaluation & Funded: 3 days of 0.5% profit each day

Expert Advisors (EAs)

  • EAs are permitted only if they are risk management tools (stop-loss, take-profit, trailing stop, position sizing), copy trading EAs where you solely manage all linked accounts, or self-developed EAs built and controlled by you that don't fall under prohibited strategies. Commercial EAs — purchased, rented, licensed, or publicly distributed — are strictly prohibited, regardless of modifications.

2-Minute Holding Rule

  • Every trade must remain open for at least 2 minutes from execution. Occasional early closes due to volatility or manual error are generally tolerated, but frequent violations will be flagged by the Risk Team and may result in account termination.

Inactivity Rule

  • Accounts inactive for more than 30 days are considered dormant and closed. At least one trade must be opened within every 30-day period to keep the account active.

Prohibited Strategies

Turbo Program Additional Rules

  • Partial Closing Manipulation: Partial closes used to artificially influence the consistency score are prohibited. If any part of an overnight position is closed, the remaining volume must be fully closed within the same trading day. An overnight position may be closed in no more than two parts (including all positions on the same pair and direction opened within a 15-minute window). Closing in more than two parts across different trading days voids those profits from payout eligibility.
  • Overnight Hedging: Holding hedged positions overnight is not permitted. Breaching this results in account ban and termination, with any profits from overnight hedged positions voided.

Turbo Drawdown Lock

  • Once you achieve a 6% gain based on your closed balance, the drawdown locks at your original starting balance and no longer trails

Prohibited Practices

Micro scalping

  • Micro scalping refers to a trading tactic where a trader attempts to capture very small price movements using very large size within extremely short time frames, often just a few seconds.
  • Accounts may be flagged if more than 50% of profits are generated from trades held for 5 seconds or less. If bad faith activity is confirmed following a manual review, a written warning may be issued.
  • Lucid Trading Genuine scalping is permitted as long as it reflects realistic market activity and order execution.

Hedging

  • Hedging refers to the use of multiple accounts to take opposing positions on the same trade. This tactic artificially reduces risk by ensuring one account profits regardless of the market's direction and is a form of system manipulation, not genuine trading.
  • Lucid Trading strictly prohibits all forms of hedging, including hedging across multiple accounts held by the same user.
  • Lucid Trading Traders also cannot go long/short different contracts in separate accounts with correlated assets — for example, going long ES in one account and short NQ in a separate account is strictly prohibited.

High-Frequency Trading (HFT)

  • High-frequency trading is a type of automated trading strategy that involves submitting and executing a high volume of trades within extremely short time frames, often measured in seconds or milliseconds. These strategies are typically powered by algorithms and designed to exploit minute price inefficiencies at speed.
  • To maintain a reliable and equitable trading environment, HFT is strictly prohibited.
  • Lucid Trading uses automated detection and may remove profits, close accounts, and restrict access for repeated offenses.

Inactivity Rule

  • Accounts that have not been traded resulting in at least a net profit or loss of 1$ within 30 calendar days will be deemed abandoned and will be permanently deleted from our systems.
