Hi, i am going to be honest here. I have not been trading with Hola Prime for two weeks but they've already decided to breach my account. They plucking non existent numbers and saying ive broken the 2% rule on a single trade idea. I do not agree with their assessment and feel hard done by. I am 100k funded with them and already up $7.4k withing 2 days. Now they're claiming I broke the rules. My screenshot from MT5 is different compared to their assessment, and before they say you changed your sl, I have modified my sl within the 3min time slot so th...

The firms policy clearly states max exposure of 2% max per trade idea. I have, according to them breached this rule, by taking 2 trades in a row which resulted in more than 2% (according to them), but I firmly and categorically disagree with them. I have clear evidence that their claim is unjustified and can provide screenshots of this.

After a comprehensive review of the account activity we could find that recently your account breached due to 2% risk violation. The 2% Risk Rule is applied based on strict and predefined risk management parameters, and any deviation from these parameters constitutes a breach under our trading framework. As explained in our conversation previously, the 2% risk rule mandates placing stop loss on each trade to restrict the risk on any single trade idea under 2% and violating this leads to account termination. The rules considers risk taken on trade instead of the realised loss and this is also clearly mentioned under the trading rules section of our website. As a result, the decision regarding the account breach and closure remains final in accordance with our trading rules and risk management policies, which are applied consistently across all accounts to ensure fairness. I initially had a very good impression of Hola Prime - great trading conditions, KYC was smooth, no complaints. I received my first payout on 25 Jun within 15 minutes. Extremely quick and easy! I received the following email from Hola Prime: "Following a detailed review of your trading activity on Account 109209, we have confirmed a breach of Hola Prime’s prohibited trading rules relating to one-sided betting, gambling-style trading, and speculative directional exposure. The account history shows an overwhelming sell-side bias on XAUUSD. Out of the reviewed closed trades, approximately 109 out of 114 trades were placed on the Sell side, representing around 95.6% sell-side exposure. The few Buy positions observed were limited and did not offset the dominant one-directional trading pattern. This repeated short-side exposure across the same instrument reflects directional betting rather than a balanced, risk-managed trading approach. Such activity falls under prohibited conduct as per Hola Prime’s trading and risk policy. As a result, Account 109209 has been breached with immediate effect. The account is no longer eligible for continued trading or payout processing." I want to share my personal experience with Hola Prime so other traders can understand what they may be getting into. I worked very hard to reach the Master stage. I followed the process, traded seriously, respected the risk rules, and treated the account professionally. This was not a random attempt or reckless trading. What I liked least about Hola Prime was the lack of fairness and human consideration in the review process. In my case, the issue was caused by a genuine stop-loss calculation/input mistake, not intentional rule abuse. The actual floating loss was only around $30, and I was already trying to correct the stop loss when the account was blocked. After working hard to reach the Master stage, I felt the firm applied the rule mechanically without properly considering the facts, the timeline, or my overall trading behavior. For me, the biggest problem was not the rule itself, but the lack of flexibility, support, and fair judgment toward traders.

KYC was easy. I used my Algerian biometric ID card and it was accepted quickly. Support was fast and helped me when I had trouble connecting to the interviewer. I also received my profit payout to my DZD bank account on the same day.
The spread on nasdaq is higher than some FCA brokers. Payouts are not instant, it took 1-2 business days to arrive.

They took off my profits the day I requested for payout, the reason behind is a bent rule of "my EA being used by multiple accounts" and they don't provide proof for it. They also go further asking for the source code of my EA. this raises alot of red flags, so beware, if this happens to you, be sure that you might expose your EA I had a 100k acc and denied payout of 3k+

However, we would like to confirm that the breach on your account was triggered due to a Daily Loss Limit violation. This is an automated system-controlled safeguard and operates independently once the defined risk threshold is exceeded. When the equity or balance of an account surpasses the permitted drawdown limit at any point, the system instantly identifies the breach and triggers it automatically. As such, these actions are not manually initiated and cannot be overridden. Regarding the use of Expert Advisors, please note that it has been clearly stated under our Prohibited Trading Practices that use of a imilar EA which is being use by any other trader is strictly prohibited. The team has been actively communicating with you and has also requested for the Source code to be reviewed but it has not been received yet. The breach has nothing to do with the EA use in your account and was a result of the daily loss limit violation. All such rules, along with other trading guidelines, are clearly outlined on our website and are made available for traders to review prior to engaging in trading activities. Account outcomes based on these rules are final and cannot be reversed. We understand that this outcome may be disappointing, however the decision stands in accordance with the established trading rules.
