I bought a 5k account from them, and the experience has been highly frustrating. First of all, their system has major glitches trades take too long to execute, which messes up the entry prices. Before buying, the rules seemed simple and fewer, but right after the purchase, they started sending emails adding a bunch of new rules. Be careful before buying.

Fast payout in less than 1 hour and fast activation process - be careful of the 3-minute stop loss rule that may lead to a hard breach in the funded stage They said I could lose more than 2%, but the trade was officially closed with a real loss of 20$ (not sure how is possible to lose more after closing a trade)

They have a 3-minute rule to place the stop loss. If the connection or VPS goes down and you close the trade sooner than 3 minutes to avoid mistakes, they breach the account. It's not possible to call it "unjustified breach" because it is officially written in the rule

I am sharing my deeply frustrating, heartbreaking experience with Hola Prime to warn the global traders. This firm uses a poorly coded backend system and an unclear "Gambling Policy". The Incompetent Backend Bug That Terminated My Account Over the Weekend Right after the admin manually deducted my $7,496 profit, their automated Daily Loss Limit (DLL) bot triggered a Hard Breach and killed my account over the weekend while the market was closed! Following a detailed assessment of your funded account, our Risk Team identified a trading pattern consistent with gambling and speculative behaviour rather than a disciplined and repeatable trading approach. In this case, the account’s overall profitability was generated almost entirely from a single trade idea on XAUUSD and majority of the total profit was concentrated on these trades. Without this one position, the account performance would have been marginal or near breakeven. A sustainable trading approach is expected to demonstrate consistent and diversified performance across multiple independent trades, rather than relying on one exceptional market move to determine overall results. When account success is heavily dependent on a single outsized trade, it reflects a lack of repeatable edge and falls under speculative or gambling-style behaviour as defined in our risk framework. As this activity is classified under our prohibited trading practices related to gambling and speculative trading, the account was deemed to be in breach of our trading policy. However, as a goodwill measure, the account has been rebalanced to the initial balance, allowing continued participation under program guidelines. We understand this may not be the outcome you were expecting, however these rules are applied consistently across all traders to maintain fairness and the integrity of the program. all the processes are very fast... got the funded the same day I passed phase 2, payout received in 15/20m. Support is really helpful too. Everyone should try them. Just an advice to Hola since a lot of people are getting accounts rebalanced (I also had)... if you guys want to prevent big winning trades maybe add daily payout cap or consistency rule. I expect big things by them in the near future
