Prop Firm Rules

• Ownership: You must be able to prove that you are the sole owner of the bot or strategy, and that no one else has access to or is using it. This ensures that the bot/algorithm is not being shared with other traders or firms.
• We scan to ensure there are no similar orders on other accounts. We will also require a live video of you enabling the code on your own PC.
• Exclusive Use: While you may use the bot on your personal accounts, using it across multiple firms is against Tradeify's policy. The bot should be solely for your own use within Tradeify.
• No High-Frequency Trading (HFT) Bots: Personal bots are allowed as long as they are not high-frequency trading (HFT) bots. Tradeify has specific risk measures in place to detect and monitor such activities.
• Compliance and Verification: Tradeify reserves the right to request information or documentation if our risk measures flag your account for potential violations of these guidelines.

Copy Trading

• You may only group trade between accounts you own and manage. Copying other strategies or engaging in copy trading with others is not permitted.
• If you choose to use third-party trade copiers, you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for any errors they may cause, and support for such issues is beyond our scope.

• Automated strategies are allowed only if they don’t exploit simulator fills, and live-account automation must follow CME guidelines.

Copy trading and trade copiers

• Traders may make use of automated trading strategies tailored to their won specific settings so long as these automated tools do not aim to exploit the favorable fills offered in the Simulated Environment.

• Traders trading live accounts with automated trading MUST abide by CME guidelines.

• The use of Expert Advisors (EAs) or bots is not allowed. The firm requires all traders to engage in manual, skill-based trading to ensure fairness and integrity in the trading environment.

Copy Trading

• Copy trading from external sources is strictly prohibited.

• Top One Futures allows copy trading/mirroring to other firms only if trades originate from your own activity and discretion on their platform; signal following, group trading, or mirroring others' trades is strictly prohibited.

• Copy trading is allowed only between accounts of the same type and size within Top One Futures (e.g., Elite $50K → Elite $50K, Instant $150K → Instant $150K, Ignite 100K → Ignite 100K)

• A maximum of 3 Elite Sim or Instant Sim accounts can be linked for copy trading.

• A maximum of 6 IGNITE Instant Funding accounts can be used for copy trading.

Current Promo Copy Trade Limits:

• Copy trade up to 5 Instant Sim Funded accounts (25K & 50K only)
• NEW: Copy trade up to 10 Ignite Instant Funding accounts

• Trade copying can only be applied to accounts within the same trading environement. you can copy trades from a trading combine to an Express Funded Account, and from an Express from a tarding combine to an Express Funded Account, and from an Express Funded Account to a Trading combine. Live Funded Accounts cannot utilize the Trade Copier.

Automated strategies and EA's

• Automated strategies (EAs) are allowed, but traders are fully responsible for their setup and performance. Bots must comply with all trading rules no manipulative or unfair software and TopstepX only supports automation via API access.‍

• All forms of automated trading are prohibited, including EAs, trading bots, AI tools, and high-frequency trading (300+ trades per day). Semi-automated trading is also not permitted.

Copy Trading

• E8 Markets allows copy trading across all accounts, including SimFi™ challenge and SimFI™ Performance accounts or personal accounts, as long as these accounts belong to you.

• Personal automated strategies and EAs are allowed, as long as they are consistent with your trading style and do not exploit system vulnerabilities, latency, or data feed anomalies. Strategies designed to manipulate the simulated environment rather than reflect genuine market trading are prohibited.

Copy Trading

• Copy trading is allowed between accounts owned by the same person, including across different firms or brokers, provided ownership remains the same. Copy trading between different individuals is strictly prohibited.

• Allowed with Volumetrica Trade Copier.
