Topstep New Express Funded Account Payout Policy:

‍Traders can request up to 50% of the account balance, with a maximum cap of $5,000 per payout request per account. This policy applies to all Express Funded Accounts created on or after December 6, 2024.

APEX 3.0 Update – PA Trading Rules

These new rules apply only to PA Accounts (NOT Evaluation Accounts):

• Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA) rule has been removed – Traders can now add to losing positions without any restrictions.
• Restrictions on Bracket Breakout Strategies have been removed.
• News Trading, Bots, and Automated Strategies are allowed in PA accounts.
• Contract Scaling Rules: Traders can trade half contracts until the trailing threshold is reached, after that they can trade the full contract size.
• Risk Management Guidelines: 5:1 risk-to-reward ratio is now allowed (previously 4:1).
• Consistency Rule (30%): Trades with unrealized losses exceeding 30% of total profits may result in the forfeiture of profits from that trade. Once traders double their safety net, this limit can be increased to 50%.

Introducing a new trading plan: The Milestone plan has been added to the available trading plans.

• Payout Cycle Update: Starting November 1st, 2024, traders can request a payout after completing 8 Trading Days.
• Trading Rules Update: Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA) is now allowed within risk management limits.

Removed Daily Loss Limit on TopstepX:

Starting from August 25th, new TopstepX accounts will no longer have a Daily Loss Limit. This change applies only to Trading Combines and Express Funded Accounts on the TopstepX platform.

Removing  Rithmic and adding  Volumetrica Trading® Web Platform.

New data feed, dxFeed.

Simulated Funded Resets for Starter Accounts:  Introducing Sim Funded Resets for new starter accounts.

If your account gets suspended after a payout, you can revive it for 1/3rd of the maximum payout cost. Only if you got a payout from you Sim Funded account.
